Black to Business has highlighted dynamic male founders making impactful strides in the Black community with the event Black Men Who Lead (BMWL). The goal of this event is to spark conversations concerning the challenges, achievements, and impact of Black male entrepreneurship.
Our last event was in Washington, D.C. during Congressional Black Caucus Weekend. We’re thrilled to announce that we’re bringing it home to NYC. However, it’s sobering to note that our city has just 3.5% of businesses owned by Black entrepreneurs, which underscores the urgent need for concerted efforts to support and uplift Black-owned businesses in our community.
